The Juan de Dios Middle School 8th Grade football team showed up with a dominant performance yesterday at McAllen Veterans Memorial Stadium. Both A team and B team left with amazing victories.
The A team was led by quarterback Zander Gomez #2. Together, with the rest of the team, they were able to outscore their opponent by 2 touchdowns, ending the game with a score of 30-12.
The B Team defense was also impressive, holding their opponent's offense scoreless, earning their team a 26-0 victory.
